Toyota Customer Service

Last week I took my car for regular oil change service to a local Toyota dealer. I don’t need to take any appointment for this service. I gave my car for service and I was waiting. I realized that I should have ordered replacement of wind shield wipers which are worn out.

When the service was finished I was pleasantly surprised to see that they have replaced wipers as a courtesy (free of charge). This didn’t cost much but sheer fact that they went beyond the order to take care of an additional item makes this an “excellent” service.
